AI’M & AI’She is HEARTH FOUNDATION’s flagship initiative to equip government sponsored school teachers and facilitators with future-ready digital competencies. Rooted in the vision of NEP 2020, this initiative fosters critical thinking, creativity, coding, AI literacy, and responsible technology use from school level itself.
Designed to advance SDG 4: Quality Education by UNESCO, AI’M focuses on male teachers and AI’She creates dedicated pathways for lady teachers in STEAM and digital leadership — ensuring inclusive, equitable access to 21st-century skills.
Through hybrid workshops, expert mentorship, and hands-on projects, we are building a generation of ‘Atmo Nirbhor facilitators: self-reliant, digitally empowered, and prepared for the future of work.
